Videos of 4-stroke engine with transparent cylinder head, including 100 times slow motion

As a lead-up to investigations into combustion patterns in biofuels, we have built an experimental engine rig with a transparent acrylic cylinder head that allows direct viewing of the combustion chamber, and high-speed filming of the 4-stroke cycle.
The engine on display at SciFest 2017 is from a domestic petrol-driven snow blower bought locally.
The carburettor has been removed and replaced with electronically-controlled fuel injectors mounted in a custom inlet manifold, and fed with ethanol.

The videos linked to above are from initial testing of the rig.

The project is under the leadership of Marvin Siebert at Uppsala university.
